Windows Update Issues

Windows update KB2918614 has been causing problems with Windows installer, breaking future installations and updates of programs. This problem happened to some of our customers where when trying to install a newer version of Artisan POS an error showed up, "Object Already Exists" during updating component registration. 

Solution:

• Uninstalled KB2918614 and reboot
• Now Install Artisan again. It should go smoothly
