Change Message on Receipts/Forms

This article shows how to change the message, policy or user agreement on a sales slip (receipt). It also works for changing messages on purchase order, A/R statements, consignment statements and gift printouts.

Step 1: 

  • In order to change the messages on the sales slip, you need to go the the screen below by choosing:
  • Artisan Main Menu => 6) System Administration => 1) Configuration Settings => 6) Customizing Forms & Sales Slips => 1) Messages for Receipts & Other Forms. 




Step 2:

  • Select the field you want to edit and type you description/message.

Step 3:

  • Once done, SAVE before you exit the screen.
