"HTTP Query Failed"

If you get this error while processing credit cards in Artisan POS, check the settings in the Internet Explorer browser. Follow the instructions below:

• In Internet Explorer go-to Settings => Internet Options

• Once you open "Internet options"  navigate to the Advanced tab => (Scroll down) and uncheck the "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" option.

• Make sure these settings are applied and then go back to try the credit card transaction. This should fix it.
